fantastic stay!

fast check-incomfy beddelicious food
check-in was fast upon my arrival. the comfy bed was a welcome sight after a long day. the buffet restaurant food was amazing!!! i especially liked seafood night, especially the crab and prawns.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. Mahmoud and adli were so helpful at reception (i felt so welcomed!). rasha at the restaurant ensured i had everything i needed. peter and adly at the bar provided excellent service, it really enhanced my experience.
The pools were a bit cold for my liking. It limited my time spent swimming (this was unfortunate). i wish they heated them to make them more comfortable!

excellent hotel stay

comfortable bedamazing viewheated poolage restriction
the room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. the balcony overlooked the main pool, offering a great view. the main pool also had a convenient bar. the heated pool was a bonus for daily swims.
the spa area did not permit access for children under 16. this was a bit disappointing as we wanted to enjoy the facilities together.

The staff provided a special level of attentiveness and care. I extend particular gratitude to Ashraf at the bar. He crafted premium cocktails. Ahmed by the pool was attentive and ensured my comfort! I also appreciated the spacious room, especially the large shower. The rooms were super clean, a testament to the cleaning staff's commitment.
The variety of food could be improved. Some buffet options seemed limited, specifically regarding options for lunch. More diverse choices would enhance the dining experience. I hope that the hotel can consider expanding its offerings in the future.
